I would like to know if EKC (aqueous organic proprietary blend of 2-(2-Aminoethyoxy) Ethanol, Hydroxylamine and Cathechol) or Piranha ( sulfuric peroxide mixture) dissolve Niobium or Titanium. I have some burned photoresist to remove, but I don't want to remove the TiO2:Nb, and I read that piranha dissolve titanium, so, I would like to know if is the same with EKC or if have some procedure to remove the photoresist but not the TiO2:Nb.
