Electronics at Nano scale

Abstract

Current research on nanoelectronics is extremely diverse. Exiting technology of optical lithography used for the fabrication of electronics components, devices and systms already reached to their extreme limits. The devises with minimum feature dimensions less than 50nm and below this are almost impossible with existing microelectronics techniques, problems like carrier confinement and quantum tunneling avoids the consstruction of electronic devics at sub nanoscale. Thus, new techniques are needed to manufacture electronics at nanoscale.Electronics at nano scale would have incredible advantages like small size, less consumption of power, higher reliability, and many more. This presentation is the gentle introduction to electronics at molecular scale and its potential applications.
