I am interested in the experimental study of wave-particle duality in quantum physics. In the case of light, quantum optics pertains to both electromagnetic waves and the massless particles of light known as photons. Recently, our collaborators and we have found efficient ways to create massively scalable quantum computing registers using quantum optics. We recently demonstrated the entanglement of 60 modes of a single optical parametric oscillator into one or several dual-rail cluster states.
