Work Function/Flat Bias Adjustment?

Hello,

I have been using the MOSCap application to solve a few problems. I have two questions:

1. Does the Threshold Voltage (VT) include flat band bias adjustment?

2. I am trying to calculate the Work Function Difference through band bending at VG = 0 from the electrostatic potential plot. Based on my estimation, I should get -.5858 V, but from the simulation I obtain -.4, is there a mistake in the acquisition of the graph or something in particular?

    Hi, The tool has no flat band bias adjustment. There could be some difference in analytical and computational results. Can you be more specific about your second part of your question.
