Simulation tools for Single flux quantum devices
In electronics, rapid single flux quantum (RSFQ) is a digital electronics technology that relies on quantum effects in superconducting materials to switch signals, instead of transistors is ther any tool here to simulate SFQ devices ?

Interesting — I would guess not, as superconducting devices are a little less mainstream.
Some great textbooks on the subject I’ve come across in my time are books by Van Duzer (great all round for superconducting devices), Kadin (for circuit intuition), and Tinkham (also a standard text).
I’ve made simple models work on commerical platforms like matlab/mathematica.
