What are the best simulation tools avaliable in this site to simulate Single Electron Transistors ?

I am not sure that at this time there is a tool that is well suited for SET simulations. There is aCoulomb Blockade Lab, but it is really geared for the conceptual understanding of Coulomb Blockade, rather than real design considerations for SETs.
The PADRE simulation tool can handle general electrostatics problems that might be useful for SET designs. Prophet is a similar tool that could be configured for such simulations too.
