OOF is unable to launch

After the update, OOF is not launching. When I click on 'Launch Tool', a new session opens but it's all black screen. The error message is "Failed to connect to server(code: 1006). If I reload it says "not found".

    I don't know what's going on here, but you can use an old version 2.2.3-1 by going to https://nanohub.org/resources/oof2/versions.
    It looks like the new version isn't even starting.
