    You can look at some SOI, cryo MOSFET, UMOS , total dose effect on a MOSFET, FinFET examples which will give you a feel of any 4 terminals simulation MOSFET setup.

    You should find examples if you go to file --> examples in deckbuild

      thanks for our fast answer. I looked there but regarding MOSFET I just found

      Radex07 and  mos2ex26. Whereas I need a very basic, textbook MOSFET example!

      I looked into all folders I see in deckbuild_file_examples, but I could not find mos1ex.in! What am I doing wrong?

    Don't use the "search" button, just go to mos1ex.. and mos2ex.. examples directory from deckbuil,  these are all MOSFET related examples
