Sequence error while creating mesh from skeleton
Whenever I am trying to create a mesh from skeleton following error is showing:
SequenceError: Topology problem with boundary 'top' , unable to sequence.

Hi Dhruva --
Are there disconnected segments on the top boundary? Or have you added segments to it so that contains loops or branches?
If you save the skeleton in a file and send it to me at stephen.langer@nist.gov I'll take a look at it.

Hi Steve,
Sorry for the delay in responding. I was able to recreate the issue and I have sent the skeleton file in abaqus format to your mail. I first saved the skeleton file in the default ascii format but that file is not getting downloaded from nanohub. It might be an issue from nanohub side rather than OOF but I thought to let you know. If you want the skeleton in a format other than ascii or abaqus I will try it too.
