I just tried simulation Bucky ball and CNT and they work well for me. Could you provide us the error message you see so we can try to find the reason that it doesn't work for you?
Also, let us know what browser you are using. Sometimes, if I have multiple versions of the simulation tool running, I get errors. The solution is to terminate the sessions by clicking on the "X". I just simulated a bucky ball in chrome on a mac, and got a nice image -- I see now that there is no means of sharing screenshots through the Questions and Answers-- you can look up the tool author and send a message through nanoHUB.
