Module dark IV

Hello,

This application is really interesting. I would like to know if it would have the same results for a dark IV curve from a module with 6 cells in series connection. Do you think it might have any different result or if there is something else that has to taken into account?

I simulated a CIGS cell data and is showing me really high ideality factors as the voltage increases more than 0.6V, and from 0 to 0.6V this factors are between 0 to 5, is this possible, how is this explainable.

Also, how can I get the Rs from the data?, would be this Rs same, or really close to the "light' Rs?
