I am trying to simulate a double-gate MOSFET with a new material. However, I am not clear about the what eps_c and eps_si are respectively. From my understanding, eps_si is the dielectric constant of Silicon semiconductor so it should be always fixed around 11.7? May I know explicitly the definition of eps_c and eps_si? Thank you in advance.
