When running an Ultra-thin body MOSFET simulation with the job type set to “Calculate the UTB band-structure self consistently 1 gate bias point,” and all other simulation parameters set to the default values, the simulation abnormally terminates after running for ~2.5 min. It occurs regardless of the material type. Is this behavior known, or is something setup incorrectly?
