bandgap in quantum dot lab

The quantum dot lab has an option to insert the effective mass to help select a user defined material. To make it more effective, could you please also include the bandgap and dielectric constant as a user defined parameter?

Hi, Thanks for your interest in Quantum Dot Lab! Sorry we haven’t seen your question until now — it is missing the tool:qdot tag. The qdot tool uses a single band model which is entirely parametrized by the effective mass, so other parameters won’t affect the outcome.
