Abstract

This tool provides an analysis of the Raman spectra of diamond nanoparticles and films. The tool will perform a Lorentzian curve fit of the diamond, D, and G peaks of a single spectrum. From the fitting, relevant peak information, and data on the quality and stress found in films and particles will be displayed.
