Abstract

This set of Jupyter notebooks and associated files is an example of a published Jupyter notebook app that was created using the GitHub repo option.

The notebooks are designed to aid in creating new nanoHUB apps starting from a GitHub repo, and provide instructions and links to open repos in GitHub and nanoFORGE that can be explored.

The notebooks also contain some examples and exercises related to file navigation within published apps.

This kitten represents an early version of the code:

Explore the app to learn how to find the rest of the kittens. There will also be an associated video tutorial in nanoHUB.
