Abstract

These notebooks are for students completing Activity 3: Estimating Power Load within the PTC: AI Design Challenge.

There are three conversions involved:

    1. The first converts power values from kBtu/ft^2 to kW*hr/ft^2.

    2. The second converts kW*hr/ft^2 to kW*yr/ft^2.

    3. The last converts kW*yr/ft^2 to kW*yr.

The act3datavisualization notebook goes through simple data analysis and visualization of household energy data which visualizes power cycling in years, months, and hours.
