I really like Dr. Geetali Pradhan's presentation. She discussed the destination/income situation after graduation (industry vs. academia) and also emphasized the advantages in innovation as a Purdue student. This information is very helpful for PhD students in planning their future direction. She also used several successful business cases from different companies to discuss how to transform ideas into products. At the same time, she also interviewed a Purdue graduate and shared her experience. I benefited a lot from the experience of these seniors. I also enjoy her beautiful PPT. The flow of the entire presentation is clear and it is easy for me to catch the speaker’s points.
