Professor Kerrie Douglas from Purdue, the Deputy Director of the SCALE program, presents the program metrics. This includes student counts and distributions, and results of student surveys to see how well we are doing. It is a great chance to get a sense of this program at the 3+ year mark, and to see what type of information is collected and analyzed and presented to our sponsors. It is also a great chance for the students to see how the information they are asked for is being used and to see the importance of responding to the survey requests. While this will focus on data from the Rad Hard Technical area which has the longest history, it is also a great opportunity for other groups to see types of data and presents the broader theory and process.
