This is a good simulation tool. I am interested to see the fermi level change inside the band structure. This has always been a point of confusion for me personally, which is quite good explaintory here. Also, its intruging to see that the band stucture, electric field, carrier concentration, doping etc. can be easily viewed while changing the biasing toggle easily. On the other hand, I see sometimes the application freezes randomly with the temperature change. It would be great if we could alter that.
