Abstract

This presentation describes the structural and magnetic properties, including domain structures, in magnetron-sputtered Co-25% Cr thin films.

Credits

Thin film synthesis and magnetic measurements were undertaken at the Data Storage Systems Center at Carnegie Mellon University.

Transmission electron microscopy was performed at the University of Michigan Electron Microbeam Analysis Laboratory.
