Abstract

In late Spring each academic year, CSE hosts an Annual Meeting (formerly the CSE Annual Symposium) featuring keynote addresses by distinguished invited speakers. In addition, each student CSE Fellow gives a presentation on their research results during their CSE Fellowship year.

The CSE Annual Meeting took place on April 24 and 25, 2013 at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications, located at 1205 W. Clark St., Urbana, Ill.

The guest speakers were:

Prof. Ian Robertson, Director of the National Science Foundation Division of Materials Research and Dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison
Prof. George Biros, The University of Texas at Austin
Dr. Robert Lang, Origami
Prof. Jim Duncan, Yale University
