Luca Selmi received the PhD degree in Electronics from the University of Bologna in 1992. In 2000 became Full Professor of Electronics at the University of Udine. He is currently Associate Editor of IEEE Electron Device Letters and coordinator of the FP7 EU project III-V-MOS devoted to advanced and TCAD modeling of III-V compound semiconductor MOSFETs for high performance CMOS at low voltage. His research interest are in the field of carrier transport in nanoscale electron devices, steep slope switches, graphene transistors, and more recently nanoelectronic biosensor modeling and simulation. Luca Selmi is Fellow member of IEEE.
