Why isn’t the nanowire simulator working?

I have been trying to run the nanowire part of bandstructure lab for some time now, and for some reason, it never returns any calculation results. Does anyone know what is going on?

    Hi, I was able to run a short (2 band, 3 k-point) circular nanowire. Which shape are you running, and which inputs are you adjusting? Please help us recreate the problem. Thanks!
