Hi. I need to run some simulations for a Nanowire-on-Insulator Mosfet. I wanted to know if i could simulate it using this tool? If yes, is there a example created for a NOI? Thnx in advance

Hi, Currently Nanowire has only gate all around type of geometry and onlt for silicon nanowire fets. NOI mosfets would be simply backgated mosfets. I think you might be able to do the similar type in MuGFET.
