Sentaurus RTD diodes simulation?

Hi guys,

really impressed by your work here. I was wondering: is possible to replicate these type of simulations in TCAD Sentaurus?

    I do not think that a full NEGF treatment with scattering boundary conditions are in Sentaurus.
