What are typical values of electrical conductivity of Single-Wall Carbon Nanotubes, both metallic and semiconductive?

I am looking for characteristic values of electrical condctivity of metallic and semiconductive Single-Wall Carbon Nanotubes (SWNT). In this paper [Nano Lett., Vol. 9, No. 11, 2009] they determine through AFM the conductivity of SWNT to be in the order of 10^8 S/m, which I assume applies only for metallic SWNT.

What is the order of magnitude of the conductivity of semiconductive SWNT? Is there any tool in Nanohub to calculate it?

Thank you very much!
