Query regarding examples in nanomos 4.0.4

I have downloaded nanomos 4.0.4 and I am not able to figure out how to run the example files. They dont look anything like standard matlab codes.

I have run the nmos_in.m file and main.m file. Please guide as to how to work with this tool.'

    Hi,

    If you are referring to the ".xml" examples in the "examples" folder, these are for Rappture interface only. Therefore, if you are using standalone version of nanoMOS, you cannot use these Rappture examples.

      Thank you for the clarification sir. 

      Can you then guide me a little on how to get started with this tool. Like the basic current simulation of a 10nm DGFET .
