How to run NanoMOS 4.0.4 on my laptop?
I downloaded the NanoMOS 4.0.4 file and tried running the main.m file on MATLAB 2015b. It gave an error in the code :

Operands to the || and && operators must be convertible to logical scalar values.
Error in main (line 113)
if criterion_outer <= 1e-4 && (transport_model == 2 || transport_model == 3)
////
Please guide as to how to start using the software. I am bit confused on how to get started.
Should I download some other version of the software?

Dear Rohan,
"main.m" is not the starting point to run nanoMOS; "nmos_in.m" is.
