Why isn’t rappture preloaded in the workspace?

Since rappture is the program used to make all tools in nanoHUB…why isn’t rappture preloaded in the workspace?

    Hi, Is the /apps/bin directory in your path? If not, you can run rappture in a workspace by

    typing /apps/bin/rappture. You can also add the /apps/bin directory to your path by adding a line like this: PATH=”$PATH:/apps/bin” to the .bashrc file in your HOME directory. You can also enable rappture with the command “use rappture” in a workspace.
