Graphene Nanoribbon Hall Effect

Hello

I'm new here in the community, and I am currently working on the Hall effect of GNRs.

My question is that, compared to the Hall effect in Graphene, how do I account for the difference in width of GNR (both zigzag and armchair)? Do I still treat them as quantum wires separated by a lattice constant k?

Also, is the Hubbard model applicable to use, since we have spin interactions within the site?

- assume knowledge of tight-binding approximation, finite difference approx, and the basics of NEGF.

Thanks.

James
