Addition of 4H, 6H and 3C - SiC crystals

The Addition of 4H, 6H and 3C - SiC crystals would be nice. SiC is a material which becomes more and more popular and is used in great extend for power applications.

Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider implementing the specific ideal unit cells into the display. The polytype cells are larger than the standard cells. In general SiC is not an ordered alloy, so we have to be a bit careful in how we show such unit cells.
