Abstract

This app allows the selection of one of multiple sample projects that are included in the PhysiCell modeling framework.

  • Use the "Model" menu at the top to select a model (biorobots is the default)
  • Select the "Run" tab and "Run Simulation" button ("Cancel" before it stops if you just want to see brief, early results)
  • Select the "Plot" tab and "Play" the simulation results
  • Begin experimenting with changing various parameters of each model. Note that the "Cell Types" tab has sub-tabs for the various aspects of a cell type phenotype.
  • See the Virtual Course notes at https://github.com/physicell-training/ws2021
