Abstract
This module aims to describe the in-host viral kinetics of Influenza A infection in humans. The module includes three models with increasing complexity to explain how the immune response influences viral infection as well as antiviral medication. Additionally, there is a model that looks to better explain the immune response by considering effector cells, specifically. 
Included are exercises that will explain how to adjust various parameters and how each parameter influences each model. Parameters one could change include infectivity of virus, infected cell death rate, or viral clearance rate.
