Abstract

Description

This application is produced by MathCancer Lab to explain "Motility" in PhysiCell [1]. User can specify basic simulation and motility parameters. To run the simulation with specified parameters, one should click the green "Run" button at the bottom of the page. In the Cell Plot section, sliding frame allows to visualize cell behavior in time. There is only one substrate in this simulation which is "tracer" that is secreted by cells to the environment.
