| Biography | Víctor Hugo Estrada Rivera is doing his graduate studies in chemistry at UTEP, while also working as a material engineer at Delphi Automotive Inc. He received his bachelor’s degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez in 2003. Victor has also taught high school chemistry in Juárez. |
