Popup blocker software
Disable popup blocker or unblock the site to access the meeting.
Behind a proxy server
Within Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab.
Enable Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections and click OK.
Close all browser windows before trying to connect to meeting again.
Flash Player 6.0.65 or higher is not installed
Visit the Flash Player Download Center and click the Install Now button.
Close all browser windows before trying to connect to meeting again.
Visit the Breeze Compatibility Test page to determine if you have all of the tools you will need to participate in the meeting.
If you are still having problems entering the meeting, contact your meeting organizer.
