How do I setup audio/video in a meeting room?

Hosts (host icon) and Presenters (presenters icon) only:

• Connect you microphone and webcam (optional) to your system.

• Go to the "Meeting" menu -> "Audio setup Wizard.." and follow the wizard to
optimize your microphone

• Click on the Icon "Start my camera and voice" to start the video and the microphone.
