How do I make the meeting room Private?

Click the "Private meeting room" check box when creating the meeting room. You can also change the status of a meeting room after it is created by editing the meeting room.

Only registered users and accepted guests may enter a Private room. Use this option only if all the attendees have nanoHub accounts. Attedees invited via email will be logging in as guests and you (the Host) are required to be present in the meeting room to let them in.

Please note that only the creator of meeting room (Host) can edit the meeting.
