RpUnits

The RpUnits class allows the user to convert between self defined unit.
 
For examples see the svn repository
 1. Go to the src directory
 2. make RpUnits_test
 3. Go to the bin directory
 4. run the program ./RpUnits_test

For the C bindings to the RpUnits class, make RpUnitsC_test, and run the resultant program RpUnitsC_test in the bin directory
