NANO ELECTRONICS

The objective of this course is to give a general introduction to different types of conventional and novel nano electronic devices. The underlying physical processes and the figures of merit for device design and performance study will be addressed. Various problems/challenges and technological bottlenecks in the realization of nano electronic devices with desired and optimum performance will be discussed. The students will be expected to generate ideas to get around these problems
