GNU packages for semiconductor devices simulation

Archimedes and Aeneas are two semiconductor devices simulators based on MC transport. They are able to simulate electrons and holes transport for several III-V materials in rectangular (2D) and tetrahedra (3D) meshes. They are also able to simulate some relevant quantum effects. We are looking for volunteers, developers and/or financial supports in order to implement new features like, for example, full band, parallelisation and Bohm trajectories approaches in these two simulators. Anybody who can, somehow, help us and contribute is welcome.
