how to calculate electron mobility

Can any one tell me how to find mobility if only hole or electron concentrations are known??

      0     0   Login to vote For getting exact value of mobility, you need to solve the Boltzmann transport equation for specific material. Experimentally there are many method that depends upon in which dimension you are interested. Bulk mobility could be calculated by by Hall effect if the concentration of carriers are known.
