      0     0   Login to vote In order to obtain surface potential numerically, you need to solve the Pao-Sah equation(potential balance equation and electric field) using Newton Raphson method.To carry out this you need an initial guess to surface potential, which can be obtained from any of the surface potential evaluation techniques suggested.
