Please!

Hello friend I wante to define Saturation Velocity in the material line.And I have tried define it by the command available at padre user's manual just like this

Ep.model=Caughey En.model=caughey

But padre says Undefined vsat model for semiconductor which I have defined it in the material line .Would you please help me to continue to the next step.
